Over multiple distribution channels we offer stylish designer indoor and outdoor furniture at affordable prices. With its head office in Poland (Szczecin), the company is rapidly expanding internationally and is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Hungarian market.
The Role:
Currently we are in 19 countries all around the world, and with your help we are more than ready to continue our growth. Your main tasks would be:
- Customer service via phone, e-mail and chat
- Processing orders
- Solving issues
- Technical support of Country Manager
- Translations of product descriptions and offers
- Marketing support
Your profile:
- You are native / fluent in Hungarian
- You have great written and communications skills
- You are a fast learner
- You have good Microsoft Office knowledge
- You are able to work in a team as well as individually
- You are located in Szczecin (Poland) or would like to relocate with our relocation support
- You are able to work under pressure and multitask
- If you are highly motivated and ambitious, experience is not required
- Fluency in English is required
